THE TEAM

Three lead lawyers, three advocates, and an IT team.

Dublon is one team. The lawyers hold the matter. Advocates join where representation is required. IT specialists search and read what is not in the paper file.

  • 3

    Lead lawyers

They hold the scope and the subject. They prepare the position before formalisation or a dispute.

  • 3

    Advocates

Representation where it is required: negotiation, a claim, or court. Authority is agreed before the work starts.

  • IT

    Search specialists

They search and read what is not in the file.

  • Asset search

Accounts, real estate, shares, vehicles, and other property that is only partly known.

  • Crypto

Exchanges, wallets, and traces of transactions in open data. The search does not open a wallet.

  • OSINT

Registers, public records, and traces on the network. Material for a decision, not a court finding.

  • Analysis

Composition, time limits, and risks. A short written analysis before formalisation or a dispute.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

On the search, and how it starts.

Do you search for crypto assets?

Yes. Exchanges, wallets, and traces of transfers. The search starts from a name, a wallet address, an exchange account, or a fragment of a transaction you already have.

Can you mark stolen cryptocurrency?

Yes. We mark the stolen coins and the addresses they passed through. An exchange or a service sees that mark when the coins reach it.

Do you search property in open registers?

Yes. Real estate, land, company shares, vehicles, court records, and other open registers. Different kinds of property, in Ukraine and wherever the register is open.

What do you need to start a search?

A name, a company, an address, a number, or any trace you already have. We collect the rest. The scope of the search is written down before it starts.

Do you search for a deceased person’s property?

Yes. Accounts, real estate, shares, vehicles, land, and what shows in open sources. We do the same when the owner is alive and the property has to be found.

Can the matter be handled from abroad?

The conversation and the search are carried out remotely. Certain legal acts that require personal participation, original documents, or certification are carried out as the law requires.

Who holds the matter?

The lawyers hold it. Advocates join where representation is required. The IT team runs the search through registers and cryptocurrency.

What do I receive?

A written result: what was found, where it is, and which source shows it. The next step is built from that result.

How is the fee set?

Once the scope is clear. The agreement states what the work includes and how the payment is staged.

What should I write in the enquiry?

A few sentences: who you are, what happened, and what is already known. Do not put card numbers or passport details in the form.

CONFIDENTIAL ENQUIRIES

Describe the circumstances.

Describe the circumstances in your own words. If they do not match a card, write anyway: the list does not limit an enquiry.

A general description is sufficient. Please do not include account numbers or identity document details.
